Contractors and Property Managers

All items brought to the transfer site of the demolition site shall be from home sites or property located within the Town of Namakagon, no exceptions. It is requested that you make regular trips to the site rather than holding materials and bringing in large loads. The town reserves the right to charge an additional fee for oversize loads as determined by the attendant.

Contractors and property managers from out of town and anyone with a DOT registered truck will be charged according to load size.

After hours: cost plus $20.00 per hour for supervision, opening gate, or any other issue where someone has to come to the Transfer Site after hours.

Demolition Materials

Demolition materials must be waste materials resulting from construction, demolition or the razing of buildings, roads, and other structures. It may NOT contain garbage, furniture, carpet or scrap metal.

All charges will be determined by landfill attendant.
