Forest Lodge Library Input Session

Thursday, June 6, 2019 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Two Public Input Sessions have been scheduled for Thursday, June 6th; one each in Cable and Namakagon. The Forest Lodge Library is a joint library of the Towns of Cable and Namakagon. Anyone who is interested in the future of the library is invited and encouraged to attend. Both will begin with a short presentation from Board and Keller personnel, followed by a social session giving those attending an opportunity to take a closer look at plans, ask questions, state concerns and offer ideas for the expanded facility.

The Cable session will be located at the Cable Community Centre, 13660 County Hwy M, from 1-3. Cookies and lemonade will be served. The Namakagon session will be held from 5-7 at the Namakagon Town Hall, 23845 Cty Hwy M. A cookout will follow the Namakagon session. Burgers, brats and beans, chips and lemonade will be served. Those wishing to do so should feel welcome to bring a side salad or dessert to share. Anyone may attend either or both sessions. Just because you live closer to Cable, don’t think you can’t attend the Namakagon session! Sessions were scheduled hoping to optimize patron’s ability to find a time that would fit into their schedule.

To learn more about the event or the project, please visit the library’s website: forestlodgelibrary.org. Please plan to attend and offer your input on preliminary expansion plans.
